Our Team

Because our co-founders are practicing therapists, our work is guided by a therapeutic approach that opens the space for honest conversations and conscious learning.

The Momentum team meets each client where they are while supporting them to move through the discomfort of change. Our expertise in nonprofit management and organizational development ensures that this change is operationalized. We constantly assess progress and make pivots in the service of our clients, while ensuring that all voices are incorporated during our work and in our recommendations.

And we look for moments to laugh together with our clients – humor is an important part of connection and growth.

“We were looking for help with changing our organization. We knew we needed to shift the way our org operated. To help us achieve this, Momentum taught us – a group of majority white people – about DEIA concepts with grace, safety, and realness. There were plenty of uncomfortable moments, which is just part of the process. The personal stories they shared, their approachability, and their humor helped us connect and empathize. They had light moments with us; they had a casual rapport with us that made it comfortable. I have a lot of gratitude for them to be able to lead anti-racism work for us. They have changed me in a profound way.”
