Glorivette Rodriguez

Hi, I’m Glo. My work with Momentum centers on supporting clients as they learn about DEIA concepts and frameworks, and begin to unpack and explore the ways in which this work impacts them both personally and professionally. You will see me most often in social justice wellness and affinity spaces, content workshops, listening sessions and individual interviews and supporting with all externally facing contract elements.

I am a Nuyorican, queer, person of color, devoted to healing my own cycles of harm and cultivating restorative relationships. As a restorative justice, wellness and relationship building practitioner, I focus on cultivating cultures of care, respect and participation that are anchored in human dignity, true dialogue and healing-centered approaches. I’ve dedicated this life to co-creating transformative spaces where cultural humility and empathy are at the center.

In my work, I embody liberatory practices that promote true healing, accountability, agency and social change. As a Restorative Justice Practitioner at SEEDS Community Resolution Center, I have facilitated school based restorative practices trainings focused on developing the relational capacity of school systems. In addition to my work with Momentum, I am the Organizational Training Program Manager for Pacific Center for Human Growth.

I have a BS in Business Management from Fairfield University and I am currently pursuing a MA in Human Rights Education at the University of San Francisco. My superpowers are keen observation, humility and empathetic reflection. I use these superpowers to weave the threads together that build a cohesive sense of self and community.
